Unfortunately we are not able to ship to PO boxes.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, your parcel may be returned to us by our courier. If so, you will then be recharged for re-sending your order. We are not obliged to resend the order at our expense. To avoid this happening, please enter your full and complete postal address and if you make a mistake please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Please note that international delivery times can vary, but we try to deliver in up to 7 working days.
If an order is returned to us as a result of an incorrect address or a customer’s refusal to accept the delivery/failure to acknowledge cards left by Royal Mail, the customer will be responsible for the costs to resend the order. We charge £4.95 to resend via Recorded Delivery.
We are unable to leave your delivery in an agreed safe place, parcels that require a signature will need to be signed for upon receipt at the delivery address.
If you change your mind about any Items purchased you can return them to us within 14 days of the order being delivered to you, provided:
1. The Items are unworn and unwashed (and there are no signs of transfer of any make-up or other stains).
2. If shoes, the Items are unworn and show no signs of wear.
3. The Items have all tags attached and are returned with correct despatch and order information.
Please inspect any item you order from us on receipt as unless we have been given prior notice that the item is faulty we can only accept refunds or exchanges in their original condition.
To complete your refund;
Please complete the returns section of your invoice that will have arrived with your order filling in all of your details as required so we can process your return quickly.
Please stick the returns address label provided on your parcel – note this label does not cover any postage costs.
Your item is your responsibility until it reaches us, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Once your item has been received we will email you to let you know your refund or exchange is being processed.
We will process your return or exchange within 14 working days of receiving your item. We reserve the right to refuse the refund if you are in any means of breach of our returns policy.

We will refund the price that you paid for the Items taking into account any discounts or promotions applied when you purchased the Items. The refund will not include any delivery charges you have paid. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the Items.
The above does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that this policy only applies to Items you have purchased on the Site. For Items purchased from other sources, you will need to check the returns policies of the applicable source.
For those not in the UK, such as EU, Australia, New Zealand, America or Canada, our returns policy is 28 days in place of 14, from the date on your dispatch note.
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system's capabilities or for any other reason in our sole discretion which we may decide.
