Discount Code Promotions Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the use of discount codes offered to you by us on our websites, social media and email campaigns. The Codes offer the discounts stated in the Promotional Material and can be redeemed against your purchases on the UNIQUE21 website stated in the Promotional Material.
- To redeem the Discount you will need to select the items that you wish to purchase and then proceed to checkout where you will need to enter the code shown in the Promotional Material at “enter code” section of the checkout process. You can only use the Code once. You cannot use the Code and apply the Discount in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion e.g. student discount. You cannot use the Code for any other purpose, other than as set out in these terms and conditions. You cannot transfer or exchange the discount for any purpose, amount, gift, items, money, vouchers or other form of compensation.
- By using the Code you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions please do not use the Code.
- The discount is available for the period stated in the Promotional Material (“Promotion Period”). At the end of the Promotion Period the Discount will no longer be available.
Conditions of use:
- You will need to purchase an item to use the Code;
- You must be resident in the in the territory stated in the Promotional Material and purchase items from the Website stated in the Promotion;
- You must be aged over 16. If you are aged under 18 you must have the permission of your parent or guardian to participate in this promotion and by using the Code you confirm that you have obtained such permission;
- Where the Code has been sent in a personal communication to you e.g. email, you should not share the Code with anyone else. The Code must only be used by you;
- You must use the Code as stated in these Terms and Conditions.
- We reserve the right to refuse the discount to any person that does not satisfy these conditions of use.
- We reserve the right to cancel or amend the Code Promotion at any stage where we deem it necessary and/or there are circumstances outside our reasonable control which affects or could affect the proper operation of the Discount Code Promotion e.g. software or network malfunction preventing the use and application of the code, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to Participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
- All purchases using the Code are subject to the Terms of Sale. Where goods purchased using the Discount are subsequently returned for a refund, any refund due will take into account the Discount and an appropriate amount will be deducted rom your refund.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude any and all liability for any loss, damage or injury occurring to you or any third party arising from the promotion.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to any prize draw carried out by UNIQUE21 by Maxwell Style Ltd, Unit 12, Springfield Business Centre, Springfield Lane, Salford, Manchester, M3 7JS(“UNIQUE21”) via social media, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Tiktok. Each prize draw shall have specific details on (as defined below) and shall be subject to these T&Cs. Each prize draw is a separate prize draw.
To enter you will need to:
- Have access to the internet;
- Enter via a social media profile that is set to ‘public’;
- Enter between the start and end time as set forth on the applicable entry of the prize draw.
- Complete all required steps explicitly stated on the prize draw.
- No purchase necessary, unless specified on the prize draw.
- All competition entries received after the closing date are automatically disqualified.
UNIQUE21 will not accept:
- Responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including but not limited to, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
- Proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.
- By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- All eligible entrants’ names will be placed in a draw and the winners will be selected at random after the relevant entry period.
